Smith and Elliott Real Estate established our Corporate Accommodation Division 2 1/2 years ago.

This has grown to over 500 doors within minimum leases being 3 months upwards to 18 months. These apartments are fully elf contained and are presented at an extremely high standard – setting a benchmark for accommodation in Townsville. They are serviced once a week and any minor repairs and maintenance issues are reported directly to the office and attended to promptly in accordance with your instructions. These apartments rent from between $350p/w upwards to $800per week.

As part of our specialized service we offer the following to our landlords and tenants

• Setting up furniture packages working with Sally Logan Interiors and local suppliers.

• Picking up and delivering clients where required.

• 24 Hour service (access to a Corporate Property Manager)

• Organising repairs and maintenance.

• We also believe in networking our clients to maintain good relations and further benefit landlords.

• Providing information packs of local services to new tenants.

• Cleaning service to properties including ironing, yard maintenance etc
